Finding Rowena (through a friend who also loves her workshops) opened up a whole range of possibilities for me. Her lively imagination, gentle coaching style, her sensitive approach to creating what is right for each of us individually and as a group, make these afternoons very special.
She applies different and inspiring techniques to get the juices running. Music, "blind" drawing, using colours and lines, Qi Gong, cards and a whole range of texts and poetry are used to inspire us to be creative.
I so much enjoy the sessions and feel uplifted by them every time.

I really enjoy the intuitive painting workshops with Rowena. She has created a safe space for exploring feelings and sharing - or not sharing - with others, all in a supportive, friendly and fun atmosphere. I have learnt to express myself much more freely in paint and other media than I ever thought I would.
